We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our in-office team. You'll play a critical role in our growth — pricing work accurately, winning bids, and setting our project teams up for success from day one.

• Perform full electrical takeoffs and bid preparation using software
• Analyze project plans, specs, and scopes to develop accurate, competitive estimates
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate bid handoffs to project management, ensuring a smooth transition from estimate to execution
• Communicate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams throughout the bid process
• Track bid results and maintain organized estimate documentation
• Stay current on material pricing, labor rates, and market conditions

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial construction
• Hands-on proficiency with estimating software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC standards, and construction documents
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communicator — comfortable working with clients, GCs, and field teams
• Field experience as an electrician is a plus
