Restoration Reconstruction Estimator

A top restoration company is looking for an Estimator with Reconstruction/ Construction experience.

The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction/ Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

• Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate reconstruction projects
• Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements
• Educate customers on process
• Identify and document project scope of work
• Maintain customer, client, and third party communications

• 3+ years in Restoration Industry
• Customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating is a must
• High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
• Experience in the construction project management field
• Proficient in Xactimate
