Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in commercial mechanical construction, specifically HVAC and plumbing projects, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects from bid through completion . Estimating experience is not required but is a plus.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team supervision. Strong leadership to coordinate foremen, on-site crews, and subcontractors is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication, plumbing assemblies, and related CSI specifications (Division 22 & 23). Ability to evaluate architectural/mechanical drawings and identify project scope is critical.
• Change Management: Experience in assessing site conditions, preparing Change Order Requests (CORs), and protecting project margins.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong skills to negotiate with general contractors, vendors, and collaborate effectively with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration, including scheduling, submittals, RFIs, Schedules of Values (SOV), and monthly billings.
• Supervise field operations, coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
