Thisroleisresponsibleforbothpreparingaccurate,competitivebidsandmanagingawardedprojectsthroughcompletion.

• Leadthefullcycleofestimatingandprojectmanagement,frombidpreparationthroughprojectcloseout.
• Developdetailedcostestimates,ensuringaccuratequantitytake-offsandapplicationofunitpricing.
• Interpretbiddocumentsincludingdrawings,specifications,scopesofwork,and schedules.
• Coordinateandcommunicatewithclients,engineers,andinternalteamsthroughoutthebidandprojectlifecycle.
• Solicitandanalyzesubcontractorandvendorquotestoensurealignmentwithprojectscopeandbiddocuments.
• Prepareandleadinternalprojecthandofftofieldoperations.
• Ensureanoverallprojectscheduleispreparedatthebeginningofeachjob.
  
  Documentanyscopechangesanddelays,takingimmediateactiontoresolveproblemsandminimizedelays.
• Trackdailyproductiononallprojectsandmakethenecessaryadjustmentstocontrolcostsandmaintainprofitability.
• Accuratelyestimatethecosttocompletethroughoutthelifeofthejob.
  
  Collaboratewithaccountingtomaintainfinancialreportingandensuremonthlyrequisitionsaresubmittedontimeforpromptpaymentfromclient.
• Responsibleforfosteringandmaintainingasafety-firstculturewithinallteammembers.

• Minimumoffiveyearsofestimating/projectmanagementexperienceinstructuralconcreteconstruction.(buildingfoundations,footings,retaining walls,columns,walls,etc.)
• Proficiencyinestimatingandprojectmanagementtoolsandsoftware.
• Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills.
• Demonstratedabilitytobuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithbothinternalandexternalcustomers.
