Communications Designer

Central Jersey based strategic communications design agency, offering fully integrated communications services to a wide range of clients across the nation, is expanding its team and seeking a seasoned and highly motivated communications/multidisciplinary designer with a mature design eye, creative mind, and a go-getter disposition.

Communications / Multidisciplinary Designer

• MUST have at least 3 years of (design/marketing) agency experience
• High integrity and Transparency
• Team player (Thinks of teammates and desires their success as much as their own)
• Effectively consistent communicator
• Needs to know how to work within a small creative, tech-savvy group, in a very fast-paced environment
• Values in-person, collaborative working environments

• Must have a strong sense of core communication design principles (solid foundation in typography)
• Deep listener with strong ability to conceptualize and successfully tell a story through design
• Huge plus if able to bridge creative with front-end technologies (eg. HTML(5)/CSS/Bootstrap productionist level skill set)
• Have a solid understanding of best practices for the web / keeps up with ever-evolving standards and technology (especially AI tools)
• High proficiency in Adobe Suite Applications and commonly used online tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, Miro)
• Self starter, logical, highly organized, and proactive (eg. Doesn't need to be micromanaged. Able to make smart decisions. Able to take the ball and run with it responsibly.)

Required 6-12 months pilot period with intent for full-time transition

Commensurate upon experience and skill set. Paid vacation/PTO, health insurance, full 401(k) match, and performance/merit-based bonus(es).
