Designer, Computer Graphics ​/ 3D ​/ Animation, Creative Advertising ​/ Marketing

Our client, an in-house creative agency with offices in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is looking to staff an experienced Mid-Level Designer starting ASAP. In this role, you will support retail, digital, social, and motion creative across multiple client accounts. The primary focus will be on creating and adapting digital and print assets for retail, as well as developing motion graphics and supporting social creative.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can work efficiently within established creative systems, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain a high level of craft and consistency across deliverables. This is a Temp-to-Perm role; it's hybrid with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and adapt digital and print assets based on retailer specifications and requirements
• Translate established campaign creative across a wide range of formats, sizes, and placements
• Use Figma to resize, version, and build out retail asset kits
• Prepare production-ready files while maintaining brand and campaign consistency
• Create animated digital assets and motion graphics as needed
• Design graphics and imagery for social channels, including in-feed posts, Stories, profile imagery, and other platform-specific assets
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative team members on social content, campaign deliverables, and video shoots
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs, discuss creative work, and address feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback and delivering revisions within tight timelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team
• Strong digital and print production skills
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing graphics and imagery for social media
• Strong client communication skills, with the ability to understand needs, discuss creative work, and respond effectively to feedback
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, particularly for production, resizing, and asset versioning
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with experience creating motion graphics and animated digital assets
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining quality
• Experience with Cap Cut or similar video editing tools
• Familiarity with AI-generation tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, or other emerging creative platforms
