UI/UX Designer – AI-Powered Applications

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, AI agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions. The role will collaborate closely with the GenAI technical lead, product teams, and developers to deliver engaging, accessible, scalable, and business-focused digital experiences.

• Strong experience in UI/UX Design and User-Centered Design (UCD)
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, workflows, or digital products
• Strong knowledge of wire framing, prototyping, mockups, and design specifications
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing
• Proficiency with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools

• Experience designing data visualizations, dashboards, and analytics interfaces
• Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, employee portals, or digital workplace solutions
• Basic understanding of front-end development and reusable UI components

• Design intuitive user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications
• Develop responsive UI designs and collaborate on reusable design components
• Partner with product, engineering, GenAI, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, branding, usability, and UX standards
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a consistent user experience
