We are looking for an honest, energetic and reliable bilingual Spanish individual with great work attitude to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mon-Fri.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Direct phone traffic to the right team member and handle simple billing inquiries.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs, call for billing and payments.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Administrative work: scanning, mailing, cleanup break room and ordering supplies.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

$18.00 per hour
