About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in the pet pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a compassionate and professional Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support pet owners and veterinary professionals while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional service.
Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay Range: $18-$20 depending on experience
Schedule:
· Training: 6 weeks On-site, 8.5-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
· Post-Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month; hybrid with two in-office days (must include Wednesday)
* Opportunity to change shift with time/performance
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
· Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems.
· Manage inquiries across inbound/outbound calls, email, SMS, chat, and mailed prescription requests.
· Collaborate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to support workflow needs.
· Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach in all interactions.
What's Needed?
- Ability to obtain or maintain a valid New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License
- Must be able to commute to the office on hybrid office days
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Computer proficiency, including navigating the internet and basic software
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus
