Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store; schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and sell parts and service;
Manage organization and productivity of the service business through work orders and register transactions, vehicle inspections, and knowledge of parts and services;
Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering;
Follow policies related to cash, credit, refunds and returns; respond to customer service issues and opportunities;
Conduct express automotive services including tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, and inspections; maintain safety procedures
