Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk and assist with inquiries;
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner;
Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions;
Operate Front Desk computer system and PBX console; maintain shift tasks and logs;
Balance shift paperwork and assist in promotions/guest programs
