Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic organization in Saddle Brook with a small-team feel, is seeking a Junior Customer Service Associate to join their team. This associate will be a primary point of contact for retailers, sales, individual customers, wholesale distributors, and more. The company is looking for a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented individual to join their team. About the Job:
Collaborate with internal departments, field personnel, and distribution partners to coordinate order fulfillment Accurately enter and update customer orders in the system Monitor and follow up on order statuses, ensuring timely deliveries Address and troubleshoot customer concerns; escalate issues as necessary Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all customer interactions Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities

About You:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Comfortable with basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, order entry systems) Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus Previous customer service or call center experience is a bonus, but not required This permanent position offers $50,000 per year, offering long-term growth potential and the opportunity to not only join a successful team, but a group that values hard work, humor, and communication.
