Job Profile

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Sicklerville, New Jersey at the Cross Keys Branch (679 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081). PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Candidates should confirm branch hours and shift details with their recruiter and hiring manager.

Job Description
  • Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
  • Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
  • Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet by delivering full PNC conversations and leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, fostering loyalty.
  • Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
