Customer Care Specialist (Hybrid)
Swedesboro, NJ
Hybrid Schedule (2 Days In Office / 3 Days Remote After Training)

Are you passionate about helping people (and pets)? We're looking for compassionate, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to pet owners, veterinarians, and prescribers while supporting the care of over one million animals each year.
What You'll Do
+ Deliver outstanding customer service with kindness, empathy, patience, and professionalism
+ Assist customers through phone, email, SMS, chat, mailed prescriptions, and other communication channels
+ Navigate patient and prescriber information across multiple systems
+ Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently
+ Work collaboratively with pharmacy, fulfillment, and customer care teams
+ Accurately perform data entry and administrative tasks
+ Maintain a positive attitude while keeping pet patients and customers at the center of every interaction
Qualifications
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Previous call center, customer service, healthcare, retail, or administrative experience preferred
+ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong computer and data entry skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License (training and support provided)
Paid Training Program
All new hires will complete 6 weeks of paid, onsite training at our Swedesboro campus.
Weeks 1-3
+ Monday-Friday
+ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weeks 4-6
+ Monday-Friday
+ Start times may vary between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
During training, you'll:
+ Learn about our state-of-the-art pharmacy, laboratory, and fulfillment operations
+ Prepare for Pharmacy Technician licensing assessments
+ Receive hands-on training to become a successful Customer Care Specialist
Schedule After Training
+ Primary shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
+ Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in office per week
+ Call center hours:
+ Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
+ Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Work 1 Saturday per month, plus 1 additional Saturday per quarter

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
