Answer all incoming telephone calls and interdepartmental calls and route them to the appropriate department or person;
Greet all visitors to the facility in a professional and pleasant manner;
Take messages when appropriate and conduct all interactions, either by telephone or in person, in a professional manner;
Familiarity with a hospital telephone system and ability to work with varied populations in a professional manner;
Respond to emergency and crisis situations quickly and efficiently and read and interpret the fire alarm board
