Job Description:
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Rep candidates in the Monroe Township, NJ area.
Location: Monroe Township, New Jersey
Shift Details: 1st shift: 9:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities- Customer Service Rep with experience and familiar with delivery and scheduling of freight trucks
- Ready to Schedule System where customers are sent text messages and emails regarding order and delivery information
- Speak to customers via phone and text system
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and customers
- Experienced working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
- Customer Service mindset, at least 1 year of previous work experience in an office or call center environment, not retail
