Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid)

Location:

Swedesboro, NJ (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Position Type:
Contract‑to‑Hire

Pay: $19.25 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM; 6‑week on‑site training required

• Provide strong communication and empathy to customers
• Efficiently navigate systems to provide service in a timely fashion
• Critically think and react to different customer situations
• Interact with team members across different departments
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Data entry and administrative skills
• Prior call‑center experience preferred
