• Redirect more complex cases to specialized departments when needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience

• Native-level or fluent Danish, plus good English skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus, but not mandatory
• Team-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude
