As an Account Representative / Customer Service Rep, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and empathizing with client needs, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize customer issues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Process orders, changes, and cancellations while keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and actions taken. Collaborate with internal departments for unresolved issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing. Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Datacor being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong orientation towards service and critical thinking. Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently. Detail-oriented with active listening skills.

Work Environment:
Enjoy a standard indoor office setting with a flexible 4X1 hybrid schedule. Engage in activities that require sitting, keyboarding, speaking, and listening, ensuring effective communication and task management.
