Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Overview

Sky Zone Crew Members are part‑time associates who gain experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and communication. Positions available include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
• Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
• Support park operations during normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Flexible schedule during park operational hours.
• Prior customer‑facing experience in a high‑volume environment is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

The pay for this position is $15.92/hr, a fixed starting rate with no additional pay range at this time.
