• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Process and manage customer orders accurately through order entry systems
• Support inside sales efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or order management systems

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order entry roles
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with order management systems, CRM software, or similar tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Experience in window coverings, home décor, or a related industry is a plus
