As a Shipping Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and support our customers’ shipping and return needs within the store. You will collaborate with your team, maintain a clean and efficient area, and engage customers to offer appropriate shipping solutions.

• Conduct full‑serve shipping and unpackaged returns activities, including customer engagement and preparing packages for 3rd‑party carriers
• Provide strong customer service for returns and shipping (e.g., Amazon returns, UPS, and other services)
• Identify customer needs and explain different shipping options
• Maintain the shipping area to ensure efficient processing and storage of packages
• Ensure supplies required for shipping and returns are in stock
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive, inviting environment
• Use basic selling skills to engage and present solutions
• Be flexible on additional responsibilities such as online pick‑ups, cleaning, and other duties as assigned

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Engage with customers and understand their needs to drive additional sales
• Lift, push, or move materials up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
• Collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict calmly and cooperatively
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
