Client Service Representative

VCA Blairstown Animal Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative who is friendly and has excellent communication skills to represent our hospital in the reception area. We are proudly an AAHA-Accredited hospital that has been serving the community for decades and we value our long-term relationships with our clients and their pets.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and checking clients in and out.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times.
• Recommending and educating clients on all of the services and products offered that are available to each client.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, vaccines, and flea & tick control).

Full-Time hours include Monday-Friday with some evening hours and rotating Saturdays. This position pays $18.00-$21.00 dependent on experience, education, certification, etc.
