Temp Jr. Customer Service Associate in Saddle Brook

Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic organization in Saddle Brook with a small-team feel, is seeking a temporary Junior Customer Service Associate to join their team. This associate will be a primary point of contact for retailers, sales, individual customers, wholesale distributors, and more. The company is looking for a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented individual to join their team.

• Collaborate with internal departments, field personnel, and distribution partners to coordinate order fulfillment
• Accurately enter and update customer orders in the system
• Monitor and follow up on order statuses, ensuring timely deliveries
• Address and troubleshoot customer concerns; expedite issues as necessary
• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all customer interactions
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, order entry systems)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a bonus, but not required

This contract position offers $24 an hour and is set to run for at least two months, with strong potential to extend! This is a great opportunity to not only join a successful team, but a group that values hard work, humor, and communication.

This is a fully onsite position.
