Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)for an immediate opportunity in Branchburg, NJ. Customer Service Representative position is the front line to our customers. It is paramount to be professional, respectful, courteous, responsive and friendly at all times. It is imperative that the CSR perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner, serves as a resource and support the team as necessary.

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Provide telephone support for our customers (40-60 phone calls daily).
• Order entry (80-100 orders daily) with less than 1% errors.
  Must be able to type at least 55 words per minute.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Provide information necessary to research and troubleshoot issues pertaining to orders/invoices to Customer Service Lead/Customer Service manager.
• Need to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities (work with a sense of urgency).
• Must follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.
