Mechanical Parts Specialist

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spare Parts Customer Service Representative to support customers with parts inquiries, order processing, and aftermarket service needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and order status.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and provide quotes for replacement parts and related products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
• Assist customers with identifying correct replacement parts for their equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalat[e] issues when necessary.
• Support inventory and parts administration activities as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Previous customer service, sales support, or parts administration experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing industry experience is beneficial but not required.
