The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in patient care by guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and scheduling options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Communication & Coordination

Explain proposed treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients.

Answer patient questions and address concerns with clarity and empathy.

Assist patients in scheduling appointments and follow-up visits.

Financial & Insurance Coordination

Provide accurate cost estimates for treatment plans.

Discuss payment options, insurance coverage, and third-party financing.

Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.

Administrative Duties

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and appointment reminders.

Working Conditions:

Full-time or Part-time schedule.

Office-based position with patient-facing responsibilities.

May involve some Saturday shifts depending on clinic hours.
