Position OverviewThe Registered Dental Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the doctor and ensuring a seamless, elevated clinical experience for every patient. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the doctor during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and sterilization protocols.
- Take digital X‑rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as needed.
- Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and post‑operative care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records using Dentrix dental software.
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and support smooth, on‑time clinical flow.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
- 2+ years of prior dental assisting experience is required.
- X‑ray certification required.
- Experience with Dentrix is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
- Honest, ethical, and trustworthy with patient care and clinical information.
- Comfortable working independently in a solo‑doctor private practice and as part of a close‑knit team.

- Monday – Wednesday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday : 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1–2 Fridays per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
