Role
Receptionist at Wantage Dental Practice, 8 Grove Street, Wantage, OX12 7AA
. 16 hours per week, afternoons, evenings and Saturday availability required.

- Staff experience – 1 dentist (8 years), receptionist (4 years), dental nurse (4 years)

- Be the friendly face and reassuring voice that sets the tone for every patient’s visit.
- Work alongside skilled dental professionals in a collaborative environment.

- Variety each day – managing diaries, processing payments, supporting patient information.
- Opportunities across the UK with over 220 practices nationwide.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision.
- Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care.
- Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable.
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.
- A team player who thrives on helping others.
