We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead General Dentist to serve as the clinical leader of our established, multi-specialty practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Established multi-specialty practice with a loyal and growing patient base

Comprehensive dental services including restorative, cosmetic, orthodontics, oral surgery, implants, and removable prosthetics

Advanced digital technology and modern clinical resources

Collaborative team of general dentists, specialists, hygienists, and support staff

Strong emphasis on mentorship, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Deliver high-quality general dentistry services with exceptional clinical care

Serve as the clinical leader for the practice by mentoring associate dentists and collaborating on comprehensive treatment planning

Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and preventive oral health

Collaborate with specialists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Prescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with state regulations

Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation

Foster a positive clinical culture focused on collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement

DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

Active New Jersey dental license in good standing

Current CDS and DEA registrations

Current CPR certification

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required

Previous leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative, multi-specialty clinical team
