Dentist needed in Lacey, NJ

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-focused multi-specialty dental practice in the Forked River/Lacey Township, New Jersey area .

The practice is part of an established regional dental organization with a long-standing presence in New Jersey. The group provides comprehensive dental care across multiple specialties and offers doctors the advantages of an established patient base, experienced clinical and administrative support, and a stable environment in which to build a long-term career.

Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience required.

The Doctor must be highly proficient in:

• Comprehensive examinations
• Diagnosis
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Providing high-quality general and restorative dental care
• Managing an established and diverse patient base

Additional responsibilities include:

• Educating patients and parents/guardians regarding treatment options, preventive care, and maintaining optimal oral health
• Collaborating with specialists, hygienists, assistants, and other members of the dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Communicating clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and expected outcomes
• Mentoring and collaborating with other treating doctors on complex patient cases and treatment plans
• Prescribing medications when clinically appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of diagnoses, medications, treatments, consultations, and patient interactions
• Helping maintain high clinical standards and contributing to the overall success of the practice

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Current and active New Jersey Dental License
• Current CDS license
• Current DEA license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and desire to serve as a clinical leader within a large multi-specialty practice
• Collaborative approach to working with specialists and other dental professionals
• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered demeanor

Compensation: $250,000 $ 300,000 annually
