Your Role
As a front desk patient care coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered to our patients and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Your responsibilities would include making sure a productive schedule is followed each day, greeting patients, handling billing/insurance information, working within our practice management system, answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, presenting treatment plans and payment options, and facilitating communication between team members and patients.

Qualifications needed:
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn
- Dental experience is required, familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and dental office protocols is a plus
