Position Overview
As a Sr. Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for specific Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop detailed architectural designs, ensure system integration and technology alignment, and mentor junior architects. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural practices and play a key role in guiding the organization’s long‑term IAM transformation program.
Scope& Required Skill Set
- Hands‑on SailPoint IIQ & Entra and implementation experience
- Creation of roadmaps, runbooks, and solution designs
- Lead application onboarding across the enterprise
- Plan to integrate 3–5 applications per year from a portfolio of 300, with less than 10% currently integrated.
- Prior experience leveraging Entra application onboarding to IIQ, including custom connector development where required.
- Advanced capabilities including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Verification
- Support SOX compliance, including identification of in‑scope applications
- Alignment of IAM controls across SailPoint and Entra
- Business partnership and leadership requirements
- Comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong business partnership skills
- Lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for specific projects (20%)

- 7+ years of experience in architecture
- Experience with SailPoint and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques and tools
- Proficiency in system integration and technology alignment
