Senior Project Architect

We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex healthcare and/or educational projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects through all phases of design and construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a primary client contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration
• Coordinate consultants, client stakeholders, and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and applicable healthcare or educational facility requirements
• Prepare and oversee design documentation, specifications, and construction drawings
• Support project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client relationships

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect required (RA)
• 10+ years of architectural experience
• Demonstrated experience on healthcare, higher education, K-12, or institutional projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety requirements, and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
