The Township of Wall seeks a qualified Electric Inspector. Duties include field inspections and reviewing plans for new and existing buildings and structures to ensure compliance with the State Uniform Construction Code and enforces same to ensure public safety, health, and welfare, does related work as required. Position requires excellent time management, communication, customer relations and organizational skills. Applicant should have excellent computer and mobile technology skills.

This is a part-time position 16 – 24 hours per week as needed, hours flexible. Applicant must possess a current and valid Electric Inspectors license as issued by the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, H.H.S. license, Electric Subcode and multiple inspectors/subcode licenses preferred and a valid and current New Jersey driver’s license. Salary is DOE/DOQ.

Salary Range:

• $45.00- $50.00 per hour.
