We’re seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Gibbsboro, NJ (hybrid schedule available). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail-oriented environment and values clear communication, strong coordination, and thoughtful design execution.
You will:
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed plans
- Manage projects from early design through completion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
- Ensure compliance with local codes and client requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong skills in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Revit
, AutoCAD
, and industry-standard tools - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Architectural licensure not required
