Landscape Architect

Overview:
The Axel Group is seeking a Landscape Architect for our client's team. This role involves designing and planning outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, commercial landscapes, and other environmental projects. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative landscape design projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and vendors to meet project goals
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation for design and construction phases
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design solutions
• Oversee project implementation to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or relevant tools
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and environmental considerations
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Compensation:

• Salary range up to $95,000.00 annually
