Per Diem Physician Assistant - Head and Neck Surgery

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Head and Neck surgery team at the Leonard

B. Kahn Institute for Head & Neck Cancer, located at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center.

• Work two days per week, with additional shifts as department needs arise.
• Assist in head and neck surgical cases, including pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative care.
• Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow institutional protocols.

• Board certification or eligibility as a Physician Assistant.
• Experience in head and neck surgery or willingness to receive on‑the‑job training.
• Experience as an OR First Assist preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to teamwork and open communication in a collaborative environment.

• No weekends and no call.
