Gordons Corner Fire Community Scholarship

Gordons Corner Fire Company Community Scholarship:
Manalapan Township Residents

The Gordons Corner Fire Company will award a $1,000 Scholarship to a graduating Manalapan Resident High School Student. The scholarship will be paid directly to the educational institute of the selected student's enrollment and registration. Proof of registration will be required.

The Scholarship will be awarded based on the following criteria, although first responders will be prioritized.

• Grade Point Average
• School Activities
• Character
• Leadership
• Community Service
• Employment
• Financial Need

• The student must be a bona fide resident of Manalapan Township;
• Must have achieved a minimum 2.5 cumulative High School average through the third marking period of their Senior year;
• Applicant may attend a school outside of Manalapan Township as long as they are a bona fide resident of Manalapan;
• Letter(s) of Recommendation

The final scholarship selection process will be completed by a selection committee, appointed by the Gordons Corner Fire Company.
