Ready to join a team of exceptional certified educators at Paterson Public Schools – the third largest school district in New Jersey? We are looking for teachers who are experts in their content area, are committed to improving student achievement, and will bring enthusiasm to the classroom. We are accepting resumes for bilingual teachers certified by the State of New Jersey to teach in our bilingual classrooms at all grade levels and in all content areas.
Viable candidates must hold certificates issued by the New Jersey Department of Education, or meet the requirements for certification, with an endorsement in Bilingual Bicultural Education AND in one or more of the following areas. We are most in need of Spanish speaking bilingual teachers, though we also have a need for Turkish, Bangla, and Arabic speaking bilingual teachers at times as well.
Certificates must be issued prior to beginning position.
- Preschool through Grade 3
- Kindergarten through Grade 6
- Middle School Science
- Middle School Math
