Long Term Substitute for Teacher of Social Studies
* Valid NJ Instruction Certification in Social Studies
* Knowledge of the New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Social Studies
* Knowledge/Experience with Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus)
* Maintains a positive, respectful, and safe classroom environment
* Willingness to work collaboratively with fellow department colleagues, instructional coach, families, and administrators to support student success
* Creates and implements lesson plans aligned to the standards with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
* Assesses and evaluates student progress through formative and summative assessments
* Ability to use technology to enhance student learning and engagement
* Mandatory criminal history background check and P.L. 2018 c.5 clearance
