About the Position

As a Teacher at Kinder Care Learning Companies, you will support hardworking families and elementary‑aged kids during out‑of‑school time on school grounds, partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their districts, and helping students aim higher, think bigger, and never give up.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain low postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with them.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Range of pay: $15.92 – $19.50 hourly.
