We are seeking a tenure track Special Education Teacher for the elementary school level. The successful candidate will provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student achievement.
Responsibilities- Deliver differentiated instruction aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Implement appropriate accommodations and modifications.
- Support students’ academic, social, and behavioral development.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Hold a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) license and either a P‑3 or K‑6 certification.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
