Make a difference in kids’ lives—and help them love math.

We’re hiring a full-time Center Director to lead operations, support families, and drive growth at our local Mathnasium center. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll combine leadership, customer service, and education to create a welcoming, high-performing learning center.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of part-time instructors
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Speak with prospective parents and guide them toward enrollment
• Monitor learning plans, center performance, and CRM follow-ups
• Manage scheduling, rewards, and classroom flow
• Meet sales and marketing goals (we’ll support and train you)
• Marketing - Social media, community events, reaching out schools to promote Mathnasium programs and get Mathnasium name out.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in education, business operations, or sales
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfort speaking with parents and guiding tough conversations
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings and Saturdays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (Plus Bonus)
