Qualifications- Knowledge of N.J. Student Learning Standards.
- Has the ability to plan and implement engaging general music lessons for all students.
- Has the ability to modify instruction or accommodate students as needed.
- Has the ability to play the piano.
- Has the ability to plan, organize and conduct choral concerts.
- Has the ability to identify a diverse range of choral music for elementary students.
- New Jersey Standard Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in the appropriate subject area:
Teacher of Music. - Required criminal history background check.
- Salary is based on Step 1 BA as per the LHEA salary guide to be updated for pending negotiations.
- Full year leave replacement staff are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits.
- Paid sick and personal days.
