Music Teacher

Join a thriving Fine Arts program as a full-time Music Teacher at a single-school location, where strong support from parents and administration fosters a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include teaching General/Vocal Music classes for PreK-4th grade students, introducing Recorder instruction to 3rd grade, directing and producing musicals for 2nd and 4th grades as part of the curriculum, leading choral music concerts for 3rd and 4th grades, and providing music instruction for additional grade-level performances.

Preferred qualifications include a strong background in piano and theatre, strong ability to collaborate and cultivate meaningful partnerships with staff, students, and families to support a thriving learning community, enthusiasm and expertise to sustain and enhance the success of the after-school Glee Club for 3rd and 4th graders, and proven ability to inspire a love for music in students of all abilities within a fully inclusive learning environment.
