Assistant Superintendent
Qualifications:
* Valid School Administrator/Principal Certificate or eligibility
* Experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in the areas of personnel management, school administration and supervision of programs and staff
* Knowledge of applicable requirements and best practices in high school curriculum and instruction.
* Knowledge of applicable requirements and best practices in public school staff recruitment, employment, professional development, evaluation and retention.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with parents and community groups
* Demonstrated leadership in school improvement program development and curriculum integration.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
* Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 School Year)
