The Berlin Township School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for part-time educational assistants for the John
F. Kennedy Elementary School. The district is committed to excellence in education through a strong belief that each and every student can learn at high levels. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of current educational practices, prefer experience in a K-8 school setting, and understand positive behavior supports. Demonstrate a strong love of children.
Responsibilities will include supporting students with special needs in the special education and general education settings, working individually and with small groups of students to reinforce academic instruction, and supervising students during lunch/recess and related arts periods. Additional training and stipends available.
