Instructional Coach In Special Education
To serve as an instructional coach in special education for teachers and staff. Coaching in Lindenwold is centered on a collegial relationship between a trained and experienced teacher serving in the coach position and a teacher who will benefit from having a critical thought partner, informed observer, supportive and supporting coach colleague, and resource for up-to-date research and pedagogical best practices.
Coaches will also work in tandem with supervisors and directors to advance our curricular, assessment, instructional, and professional learning programming.
Qualifications/certifications: certification in special education required. Minimum of five years' teaching experience required. Experience in a special education/special services background required. Experience preparing and presenting professional development experiences for teachers and/or other relevant staff. Such alternative or additional qualifications as the superintendent or board of education may deem appropriate. Anticipated 2026-27 position.
