Salary: $60,653 – $115,891 per year (final compensation based on experience and qualifications). Full‑time staff eligible for medical, prescription, and dental benefits, and paid sick, personal, and bereavement days.

All alternate route candidates (Certificate of Eligibility) must complete 50 hours of pre‑service training through a DOE‑approved CE educator program and upload the certificate to the Appli Track portal for consideration.

In accordance with S‑414 / A‑3188, school districts must review the past twenty years of employment history of prospective employees for allegations of child abuse or sexual misconduct. Hiring of individuals in positions involving regular contact with students is prohibited unless such a review has been conducted.

Candidates must become a New Jersey resident within one year of starting the position as required by P.L. 2011, c. 70.
